North London’s Doller, real name Dorante Johnson, released his new Traphall single ‘WHO HYPE? WHO BRUK?’ on August 20, 2025, through Beyond Dis World. Shaped by a family deep in music—his roots reggae father Kush Tafari and dancehall uncle FlashDoller started with homemade mixtapes and neighborhood battles, launching the group Cold Blooded. He stepped up in The Movement, dropping a key Westwood freestyle that drew DJ attention.

Doller has linked with producers like Sir Spyro and artists like Tion Wayne, built his Go Getters label, and runs a YouTube cooking channel. He’s picked up coverage from NOTION, Wordplay Magazine, and GRM Daily, appeared in MTV Base campaigns, and had ‘Skadoosh’ in the film Sket. His live game includes touring Dortmund with reggae act Cblock, leading Hackney Social’s Wynters Wonder List, and hitting the Sing for Me Tour with grime star Ghetts. Tracks spin often on BBC Radio 1Xtra thanks to DJ Target, Sian Anderson, and Seani B, with ‘This Year’ named BBC Track of the Week in 2021, anchoring his role in UK dancehall, trap, and grime. Influenced by heavyweights like Vybz Kartel, 50 Cent, Jay Z, Nas, Biggie, Durtty Doogz, and Jodeci, he blends rap and R&B in joints like ‘Money Song’, showing his broad skill set.

Produced by Slaybad Musiq and mixed by Bruts—who’s worked with Skepta, Wiley, and Alesha Dixon‘WHO HYPE? WHO BRUK?’ builds on a shadowy beat with rhythmic drum skips under Doller’s bold, resistant verses. The slick rhyme scheme flows tight, boosted by interactive chorus calls that craft a strong, unforgettable rally.

Doller had this to say: “I wanted everybody in the world to feel comfortable with their financial status and have an anthem to celebrate that.”
