Praised by Music In Africa, this track is a precursor to his upcoming album ‘Scent of Amie’, slated for release on June 14, 2024. Recognized as one of Sierra Leone’s leading producers, Thy Young has collaborated with numerous artists, earning accolades like Best Music Producer of the Year at the Sierra Leone National Entertainment Awards in 2020 and 2021. Renowned for hits such as ‘Champion’, Thy Young’s solo project promises continued success.

In ‘Cocoa (Coco)’, Thy Young presents an Afro-Pop dancehall tune featuring a captivating introduction and inviting vocals. Through sensual guitars and lively percussion, he creates a vibrant atmosphere, incorporating spoken word elements to captivate both listeners and dancers.
