FLO Continue Their Meteoric Rise with Upbeat ‘Remedied’ Video

British trio FLO unveiled the official video for their fourth single ‘Remedied’ on July 28, arriving just days after the track’s release on July 24. The GRAMMY-nominated group, celebrated for their BBC Sound of 2023 win and Brit Award for Rising Star, continue their ascent toward their sophomore album Therapy at the Club, set for release August 7. Stella Quaresma, Jorja Douglas and Renée Downer have established themselves at the intersection of contemporary R&B and dance-pop since their 2022 breakthrough, fusing razor-sharp harmonies with kinetic, club-driven production that propelled their debut to a Progressive R&B Grammy nomination.

​‘Remedied’ finds its footing in an up-tempo groove, drawing on early-2000s pop frameworks while foregrounding FLO’s signature R&B vocal interplay. The production layers crisp programming with a taut rhythmic pulse, guiding the track from introspective lows to a cathartic, communal chorus that frames melody and friendship as the ultimate remedy. Visually, the official video mirrors this arc: the trio navigate a doctor’s office, a gym and a psychic in search of answers, only to discover that none offer the resolution they seek. The clip closes with an embroidered invitation to “The Retreat,” seamlessly connecting to the narrative world of their previous single ‘Leak It’.

​The video crystallises the album’s central theme: seeking equilibrium on the dancefloor. With Therapy at the Club imminent and features from kwn and Juicy J confirmed, FLO sustained their momentum, each single adding to the progression toward the full-length release.
